Delay in Repairs

Hi

I submited my Nokia 2310 model on 04/09 to Nokia Service Center in Visakhapatnam for Back-Light Problem rectification. They gave me a receipt its Job No:1072.Till today they not return my mobile, every time service center people not give proper rasion to me for delay of my product delivery. Initially they send it to hyderabad Nokia Service center after that to the Chennai. I'm very exhastive to go there for mobile.
