Job Sheet no.1200203801 dt.8.10.07

I deposited the my Nokia cell phone (Model No.6280) to Nokia Care HCL Infinit Service Centre, Sector-2 Noida on 08th Oct 07 (Jobsheet no.1200203801) for repair but it is yet to be repaired/replaced. I am without a phone for a month, which is a basic need of life now a days.

I was asked by Customer Care Center Noida that mobile will be replaced but did not get any response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. I just want the final solution and update that when would I get my mobile replace (as said by nokia care).
