I bought a New Nokia E51 Phone on 8th May and since the very day of purchase i had been facing the problem with the Hnd set and sent it to the store several time from where i had purchased the same and finally they had taken the same for checking vide job sheet no. 268504886/090609/27 dt 09.06.2009. My IMEI no. is 358997016335593. The said cell was purchasedfrom Expression Loyalty Pvt. Ltd. 18, S.B. Road, Kolkata-700020. Seeing the continuing problem with the hand set I has requested for the replacement of the Handset but feel sorry to say that till date I have neither received the replaced habnd set nor the original one after repairing nor have received any feed back from the shop from where i have purchased the same nor I have received any feedback from the service centre. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced immediately or refund of my amount. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set
