Pathetic Service

I stay in mulund mumbai. My headset had an problem so i went to the nokia gallery for help but the way the attendant guy was talking to me really made me angry.when i explained him about the problem he said it will take 2 months for the headset to be replaced, I then gave my headset to them. After 2 months the headset which they gave me was in pathetic condition when i asked the attendant about it he said its ok we supply such headsets, & today i dnt have any headset.i mean original one. I prefer using the duplicate ones instead of such crap shit which nokia offers. Nokia's mobile phones are really good but the service which they provide is pathetic not even pathetic but its worst.
