Mobile is not working properly

Bought this mobile last year... after 3 months when i had activated airtel live..that was not working thn i ask to airtel customer care. thay had checked at their end and everything was ok. Then I went to nokia care torepair then they repaired my software and problem was same... dinf find any improvement.

Then sudenly its mike got damage... i went their again in nokia care... they replied I'll have to pay 700INR to repair ..they i had repaired it from outside at 300INR...

Now the same thing happening again... now there is sound problem. Cannot hear properly, Headset broke up and nokia care persons are refusing to repair. ALso whatever song i have saved in memory card i cannot play them in music player... its showing no Music files.

Please advice what should i do???
