Delaying of delivery of mobile which is under warranty

I have given my mobile (IMEI no-359319026143751) to nokia care (dated-15/07/09)(job sheet no-295504886/090715/47) for repairing which is under warranty.first they said it would take 10 days.after that they said it would take15 days.now they are saying it would take 20 days.for this i am in great trouble.i dont have my mobile.i cant contact others.so please take some action.
