Recuring Problem with N80 Nokia Mobile. Customer care not taking this in Repeat Jo

I owned a N80 nokia Mobile. One month back i have problem with N80 mobile key not functioning, System halt, Mobile Speaker not workin [ No Audio from receiving end]. I made repair and Nokia Care Faridabad asked me 3700 Rs as repairing charges. Now i m facing the same problem after One month. But they are not taking my mobile as Repeat Job and they are saying it is PAID job.

Last month when I paid Rs. 3700 they did not tell me the details of fault and they gave me receipt only on DEMAND. Receipt seems to be FORGED as it says N80 Mobile Repair Rs. 3700 no breakup is present in Receipt. To whomsoever it may concern please look into it
