Problem in My Nokia Set

I have purchased a mobile model 3230 on dated 03.08.07. After 18 days I have faced a problem of restarting this set so many times & also hang sometimes. I have submitted this set at Nokia office, Service Centre, Abulane, Meerut. They send it to Delhi for repairing but problem remain the same. After that I have submitted this moile for three times (26.08.07, 19.09.07, 13.11.07) but problem is same. They tell me that Nokia will replced this set but no responed to me. What can I do Please tell me to replace my phone.
