Unable to hear sound

Sir,

This is with reference to job sheet No. 144433527/090727/92 of model no. 3120c-1. I am facing poor hearing problem from my phone. Even its loudspeaker is not working at all. I have tried several times to Nokia care. They too fail to detect the real problem. This is the fourth time I went there. You are requested to replace this phone.
