Sir/Madam,
I am one of the Nokia mobile user for the past 5 years. Recently i have purchased Nokia mobile (5220) at universal cell show room, Purasaivakkam branch. Chennai.
One of the speaker is fault in my mobile. I have registered my compliant at universal show room on 27th July (Compliant job card number 32427). After 8 days they gave it back to my mobile without rectify my given fault.
Again I have registered my compliant with new job card number 32446 on 4th august.
I had trust on Nokia mobile. But not now because of Nokia service is very poor, also they will take long time for service. I am very sorry to say that, here after i will not recommend my friends and colleagues to go for Nokia.
If you really take initiative about my compliant please advice to concern service engineer to resolve my compliant immediately.
