Dear CEO,
Nokia, India.
Purchased handset/mobile Model no. E-63 black as on dated june 13. Since date of purchase 4th time same repeated problem of hang up of mobile i have faced and submitt to nokia care at varun enterprise, WA-84, Shakarpur, Delhi. Still your company is not ready to replace/reimburse for the same. More than 37 days from date of purchase my handset/mobile is with your service centre/Nokia care. Can you please tell me how much more time would you like to spend for diagnose the problem or you are trying to do R&D on my handset and save your money. I have called more than 10 times to your call center for the replacement/reimburse of my mobile. Service job sheet no.383433527/090724/47.Request you to Replace/Reimburse or i will move to consumer forum. You nokia people mentally harrased me and also i have faced financial loses.
