Refuse to repair under warantte mobile

Sir,

It is submitted that I have a nokia mobile (NOKIA 1650 Serial No: 356784027347268) under warrantee covered. This mobile was repaired at Nokia Care, Jaipur on dt. 14-07 for the prblem "no charging" under waranttee. The same problem "no charging" is rised on dt. 09-08. This mobile is checked by Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) and informed that mobile is tempered insidely and can not be covered under waranttee & return back without repair.

It is requested that kindly examine the matter and necessary direction may be passed to Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) for repair mobile phone under warrantee.
