Egarding delay in repairing

Sir i had submitted my nokia handset to authorised nokia service centre on 16 june..They had given me target date same 16 june..but they are not able to deliver me the handset till now..i was having a regular correspondence with them and everytime they keep on extending their target dates..i request you to kindly take actions against them.my contact no is 09214998915...
