Pathetic Service

I had given my Noika 2670 (ESN/IMEI NO 353116029922462) to Nakia Care Center in Mulund on 28th July for repair. The cell phone was unable to connect as it showed NO Network coverage. I have been following up for quite some time now (was told will happen within 10 days) but no result. I am alwasys told it will take some more time. the phone is still under warranty. the service is really pathetic something i did not expect from Nokia
