Unreliable Nokia customer care

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 23rd February I bought a Nokia 7610 Super Nova from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, LOVIS ARCADE, HONDOMAL HAVAN, Police Bazar, SHILLONG-793001. But after using the mobile for one week I notice that
1. The Battery does not last long even after charging it fully in the morning but by evening it indicates Battery low or Battery Empty.
2. When I received the message, it does not show the correct timing.
Therefore I went to the Dealer to inform about the problems on the 2nd March. They sent me to Nokia Customer Care at COMMUNIQUE, BRO-IAN COMPLEX, NEAR MANDIR GS ROAD, POLICE BAZAR, SHILLONG.At the Cus Care they checked the mobile and returned back to me by telling me it is alright. But the same problem occurred. Since then I have gone to Customer Care many times to report about the problems which keep on repeating. Then later they told me that they will have to send to L3. Then after waiting for about one month, I received back my set, but still the problem continues to occur. I again try to approached the Dealer on the 23rd APRIL to inform them about the Repeated problem but they just sent me back to Customer Care without showing much concern about the problem that i am facing. Then the Customer care sent again to L3 for the second time. On the 24th June i received a call from Customer Care informing me to collect my set but when I went there they returned my set without the Battery but i told them that i will not accept the set without the battery and i leave the customer care with disappointment. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK MY MOBILE SET. IT IS 6 MONTHS NOW SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT THE New SET AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT BUT THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE BATTERY IS ALMOST OVER.
Its really sad and regretting for me to face all these problems with Nokia which i have trusted for years since the first time i'v been using a mobile. I request you to kindly take this matter into consideration. My Job Sheet No. is 165343506/090423/33 and 165343506/090423/34.
