Balance reduced without call

My bsnl prepaid number is 9470832653. For the first time I find that without making any call from my side my account balance (bsnl sim card) has been deducted by Rs.12 and Rs.10 yesterday and today morning respectively. So, kindly advise and help me to know the reason behind it. Thanking you in anticipation. Regards.
