MEMORY CARD REPLACEMENT PROBLEM

I bought a NOKIA N70 on 8-11, I found that the 1gb memory card provided with that was faulty so i gave it for replacement on 16-11 at nokia care 101, DB ROAD, RS PURAM, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU, INDIA. They said it will take abt 10 days to get my replacement but when i called after 10 days they say it will take more time because there is no stock of memory card, Now who's fault is that not having a stock of memory cards? till date i did not get my memory card, definitely there is no care at nokia care. I mailed to the customer service many times but did get any reply. I even called nokia care line, they said me to give a week's time but still no use .can any tell me how to proceed further?
