Repeted problem of Rebooting

I hd purchased Nokia 3120 Classic in Dec but within week it starts giving trouble.

I hd submitted handset so many time to Nokia Care at Ludhiana but problem of rebooting couldn't resolved till date.

Even my handset had been sent to Nokia HO for repair but problem is still there.

Now they even not responding to my mails.

What should I do now?
