Avoding my problem

Dear Sir,

Me a nokia user since a long period. I got switching problem on my set ie 3110c. But in service center i am charged to repair that although my set is in warranty. I also talked to nokia care and they also inform that the problem in my set is cosmetic problem but it seem to a mechanical problem.

So plz help me in convinient way
