I m registering this complaint to draw your attention to the worse situation of customers of NOKIA.

I had submitted my NOKIA handset, model number-NOKIA 5130c-2 XpressMusic on 18 August NOKIA CARE CENTRE in Malviya Nagar, as it had problems like automatic switch off-on, hanging, closing of all application, smelling of burning, over heating etc. They accepted the Submission & told me to collect to handset on 21 august as it will be repaired by that time. I had done as they told me to do, but my cell was not repaired. I again submitted it on 29 August & again they accepted it and now told me to collect it on 15 September. On 31 August they contacted me & told to receive it today. I received the cell on 1 September but again it has the same problem as I mentioned above.

Please took strict action against the centre.
