Eplace my mobile (5220 music express)

I purchased nokia 5220 music express in last Oct and in june a had problem with tranciver (outgoing voice) and i gave my phone to nokia care which is located at tonk road, Jaipur after above month i got my phone during this time period i went ur care center minimum ten each time they said come after a week and their no. is either out of service or not answering.

After i got my phone from Ur service center i faced 1 another problem i.e income voice (speaker) I submit my phn at 18th Aug and still yet i haven't my phone.so please replace my phone rapidly.
