Big noise heard from NOKIA N6270

I have complained NOKIA several times from December regarding big noise heard often in NOKIA N6270 which was bought in October. I have given the handset for service for three times as agreed between us and they gave back to me with still same problem. I have asked for replacement of handset but no response.
