Mobile not functioning properly

MOBILE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

I had purchased a NOKIA 3600-S on 19th Oct' 08 from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd, S-218, Ambiance Mall, Ambiance Island, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, NH-8, Gurgaon. Since the day it was purchased it is not functioning properly. On 19th Jan' 09 it was given at Nokia Customer Care, Leela Mansion, BH, Leela Cinema, NK Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow, for repair (Job Sheet No: 109434038/090107/31). Again it was given for repair with the same previous problem as well as with some new problems, on 26th Feb' 09, at the same customer care centre at Lucknow (Job Sheet No: 338504886/090226/21). Apart from above, I had given it for the same repair at the same customer care centre few more times but I don't have Job Sheet No of those repairs. It is my request that Company may be asked to replace this defective piece by another one.

Cost of handset is: Rs 9394.00.
