No prompt reply from Nokia customer care

Sir

I have purchased new nokia 7210 supernova set as they convinced me that this is best company of world that have almost 0 complaints, but shocking to see that only after 1 month this set start giving me the problem, so i get in to the Nokia customer care and handover the set for solution on 13th august, but till date they are not able to resolve the problem and not even confirming me the where my set it is. Almost thrice a week i visit to their Customer care, but the result came ZERO.
