N96 - not rerurned after 3 weeks

Hi sir, I have submitted my N96 to Skylink pune Nokia care centre. The mobile is still under warranty.

On 20 August i came to Skylink for upating my software but it seems that they have corrupted my OS and I was told that it has been send to Delhi factory for repair. Every week i go there they say come again in next week.

Please tell me what i should do with this.

i am just stuck in Pune for mobile, I have to get transferred but just waiting for this shit.
