Nokia 1650 asking security code

Sir i am using nokia 1650 mobile, yesterday when i change my sim card, from that time when i again insert the sim card it is asking " enter security code". it is problem of piece only. Because sim working in other pieces.

So Please help me how to get security code, i didn't set any security code till now in my mobile. But it is asking.
