Complaint on Nokia phone

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had purchased a nokia 7210c mobile handset having IMEI : 353180037943720 on 05/07 from Croma Store, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Immediately after a month my mobile got switched off and didn't get switched on. I took the phone to Nokia service center in vashi, VASHI TELECOM. There i was told that the software wasn't functioning so it needed to be reinstalled. He reinstalled the software and gave it back on 19/08. But immediately after 2 days the phone again got switched off. So i again took it to a nokia service center in Worli where the guy told that the battery was the problem and he replace it and gave it back to me. The phone was functioning at that point of time. But on 27/08 the phone again got switched off. This time i went to Croma Store and asked them to get my handset replaced. But they couldn't get it done.

I am feeling cheated and harassed. Please help me get my handset replaced.
