Refund caller tone subscription

Caller tune de-activated on 27 Jul 09 but subscription deducted from my prepaid balance amount on 03 Aug 09 & 03 Sep 09 (total Rs 50/-). I have lodged a complain vide complain No. 17000143040909 dated 04 Sep 09 at 14:19 hrs (lodged by Position No. 62 after confirmation that no caller tune available on my cell-phone). I enquired as per the instruction provided by customer care service (near about daily after 24 hrs). On 08 Sep 09 I have been intimated by Position No. 19 that the deducted amount for two months will be refunded by 10 Sep 09. On 10 Sep 09 at 21:00 hrs I have been intimated by Position No. (willingly not disclosed) that as per our record your caller tune deactivated from 08.09.09 and no money will be refunded once it has deducted from your account at any cost. My cell phone No. 9868458636. Please do the needful to refund my amount which was deducted wrongly.
