NOT PROPER SERVICE

I have experienced very bad about the service centre of nokia care in anand gujarat handled by mr javed

they are behaving with the customers in very bad manner and doing the work very badly

i found that my cell nokia 7210 supernova in not working properly so i contact him for the same and he didn't cure my problems well

and he was not handling my complaint for the 2 times

he had not suggested any solution for network problem in my instrument

so i wish to get the response from your side for the same and please solve out my query as early as possible
