Airtel No.closed without any prior information

I have purchased a sim, from Chikani (Alwar) Rajasthan. After 15-16 days, my mobile no.closed by airtel without any prior information or sms. When I ask from customer care there they did not give any response. After requesting many time they give me a number (098290-04478) to do the Complaint about the above mention subject, I rang there, he said to me that u did not give your id. I asked that gentle man, can i got the sim without photo and id. He said, "No". Then I asked him why did u close my number. But there is no satisfactory answer and he cut the telephone by saying that u again give your id.
