Memory card lost by service centre

i went 2 nokia customer care as my cell got switched off while updating software

dan it didn, t got on so i visited nokia care located at navrangpura Ahmedabad

near torrent power

they made it ok but when i returned to home and cheaked my memory card

it was not there in phone

as i came at 6.30 so i went to nokia care and nobody of them was ready to give my card

they even don't admit that my memory lost card there

after all my efforts i could get a feedback slip which was hardly of 5cms

they did not give me any suggestion or complaint book

i have always been loyal and appreciator of nokia but after this experience i am very dissatisfied.

people working in care centre don't know a small dishonesty of them can make such issues.
