Damage phone with in 10 days of purchase

I'm Prateek, bought a Nokia mobile 6700, screen got damaged within my pocket probably because of pressure.

Tried the NOKIA care in Gurgaon sector 14 branch.

The representative who received the call was horribly rude, listening to complaint or giving any complint no is out of question!!

If this is the case then dont know why do NOKIA claim those PATHETIC, UNCIVILIZED work place as nokia CARE!!!

I am waiting for the response from your end or then i vont mind wasting my time taking the issue to the consumet court, at least there woould be a clear amd precise hearing of my complain.
