My name is Naveen Kumar I own Nokia 5220 (Xpress Music). Some times people at the other end complain there is low voice from my end. Just because its under warrenty, I went to NOKIA care Gurgaon (near Rajiv Nagar). To my surprise for the first time in my life I have seen such executives sitting at customer care they only knows to turn around things. who ever go there will only have the feeling that they rather go to some private service centre to get their mobile repaired by paying money. Same thing happened with me also one service engineer opened my mobile and started telling me that water has gone inside. I told him clearly that its not possible because I use my mobile very carefully and also I make very sure not carry my mobile in my pockets while it rains... Then he told water means no need of water even moisture, I asked him its not even winter then how do you expect moisture inside.. All these kind of stories he told me and I left the place with out telling any thing because by that time I understood that they are sitting there only to do some time passing, never to help... MY ONLY CONCERN IS HOW COULD HE DECIDE THAT ITS MAL FUNCTIONING even when he didnt even care to test it.
