Mobile 3230 not working /showing white display since time of purchase

Sir,

I bought a mobile 3230 on 21.1.07 vide bill no. 240 from M/s Hot Spot G-25/26, Agarwal Mellenium Towers, Pitampura, New Delhi-110085. I started getting problems in the very first month but I took it lightly. The problem was that the screen was showing white display but it used to recover after 10-15 min. But on 12.3.07 I have to take my mobile to HCL INFINITE Ltd, G -5 (ii) District Commercial Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi where they swapped my mobile. They changed the chip from 352740018686431 to 359362001958421under jobsheet no.111012 and delivered by challan no. 784. But the problem continued. Now the situation is such that whenever I receive a call the mobile tuns off and switches on after sometime. I bought it for Rs 8250.00 and it did not work even for six months properly. I had bought it with a hope that a mobile of Nokia, a no. 1 Company in mobiles will at least remain with me for 2-3 years. Since I am being troubled by this mobile right from the begining, you are requested to change it.
