Faulty New N79

Hi Sir/madam

I have purchased a brand new Nokia N79 from Croma. I understand if there was a issue with the software of the handset. I have done a software reflash even than the handset switches it self off and the phone just keeps on blinking on its own.

I have paid RS 16500 for the handset and still no joy. Even though it is under warranty and it has been in for repair it is still giving the same problem. I have worked hard for that money and to see that money go waste hurts me.

I do not understand what needs to be done.
