Not delivering in time

I have given my nokia mobile phone model 1650 for repair to nokia care, anand international behala, kolkata on 18th september .the job sheet number is 292504886/090918/88.the delivery date was 30 september. but i have not received the set till date and i am facing severe inconvenience. kindly expedite the matter as early as possible.
