Regarding problem in New Cell

Hello Sir, This is Santhosh from Tumkur. Actually we purchased a cell in Tumkur's Univercell Mobile store for my Friend before some 4 months back. Now its not working. It won't get switched on itself. We went to the same Univercell store and said about the problem but they guide us to show in Nokia priority to get it repaired. We went there also but the Executives told that if we open the Handset it won't work in future. I need who may be responsible for this Problem. Waiting for your reply.
