They are not returning my mobile phone

I gave my nokia 6270 to the nokia care of haldwani (uttarakhand) center on 4-12-08.there was a problem of slow charging in my phone. Then they said to me that yo can take your mobile after 15 days.when i went there then they said to me that you come after 7 days. They made this type of excuses daily and till now they are not returning my mobile.please help me to get back my mobile.
