Cellphone service probleme

Dear sir i m using the handset model 3110 withb IMEI no 356815021560355 from the maker NOKIA. I am having software hanging problem in the same. I have visited the Nokia Care four times & they can't solve my problem still. My handset is still under warranty and it is the rule of service that if it is not repaired within three times then they should replace it. But they are not doing so. Sir please help me it has become a vicious circle for me to go to the service centre and go again and go again please help me.
