N73 not working properly

Ridiculous service is being provided by nokia care. As I have spent RS 18000/- for nokia N73 and the cell phone within 6 months has been sent 4 times for repairs at LOWER PAREL. Te cell phone was sent 3 times for display problem. I have received my cell just 25 days ago and now again I am having a problem with the vibration.as its not working. now thinking just to get these nokia company to consumer court for supplying poor handset and charging the utmost price n for poor after sales service.
