False emails from NOKIA N'SERIES

I recieved an email very simlar to the ones i have read on this page from people that have been conned into sending money to Nokia saying that i had won one million pounds, i noticed that the numbers was exactly the same as the one on here, why are the allowed to get away with this coning people this really wants looking into further maybe by tv..
