Repair of Mobile under warranty

Dear Sir/Madam

I have Purchased a Mobile Nokia 5610d-1 in February.

on 11th October the Mobile switched off and power does not switching on.

I visited Nokia Care, Marine Lines, Mumbai for repair on 14th October. They have charged Rs. 165/- and target date also given on same day. But I am visiting every day, now they are telling there is problem with the hand set and it is not comes under warranty and you will be charged Rs. 2, 500.00 and we will send this mobile to company. My job sheet number is 572504867/091014/63 and Mobile ESN/IMEI number is 354854020616241.Can any one tell me what to do in this situation. If Nokia care does not care about customers, which is the best forum to nail these people. You might have come across such problems. Can we go to consumer courts
