Nokia Care is not repairing my phone

I have given my NOKIA 5300 phone to nokia care service centre at 26/2, Hindustan Park, Gariahat, kolkata-700029 on 18/09 for servicing. My job sheet number is 265504886/090918/36. Whenever I give them a call they say it will be ready within 10 days. Then I lodged a complaint at Nokia Careline number-30303838 & the complain ID is 1-8377577334. For about a week whenever i give a call to Nokia Care Number-919007077907 no one is picking up the phone & giving me any update. I have all the contacts in this phone & i am loosing my business. Please do something so that I get my Phone in a proper working condition without any farther delay.
