Ad service and non receiving of mobile back after 2 months also

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I bought a nokia 5320 xpress music hand set in Sep 2008 which got some problems in Aug 09. I gave this set for service to popular telecommunication at kalyan on 20th of Aug.'09.
After so many follow ups on regular intervals with nokia centre at kalyan it was told that the set will be given on 15th of oct. When we checked on 15th it was told that set is not getting repaired and nokia has issued a new hand set which was sent from delhi before 16th of oct and will be received in 2-3 days.
On non receiving of the same I again followed up nokia centre and came to know that it is taking some time to reach because of some reasons and they gave us contact no. of mr. mithun who according to them is some senior manager and will be able to help us in this matter!!
After follow up with him from last 3-4 days I came to know that no mobile is dispatched nor he has any information that the new mobile has to be given and my old handset is still in delhi for repairing. I have not got any satisfactory replay that whether I m going to get new set or I m going to get my old set and when???
Seems that either nokia kalyan gave us wrong information about issuing a new hand set or there is no co ordination between 2 departments of nokia and customers have to suffer because of that. Also perhaps nokia has so many new customers that people are not bothered to give service to the existing customers.

Since my set was in warranty I would appreciate if nokia gives me a set within 2 days or I would want them to refund my amount so that I can buy a set of a brand which believes in servicing existing customers also...
Sine this is my 3rd bitter experience with nokia I would really feel bad to share this worst experience of service with my friends or relatives who are planning to buy a mobile.
I hope nokia will take this matter seriously and will work on service issues also.
