Respected Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased the nokia 5130 headset on 3/08/09. In which i found that the back cover (as referred to in your user guide) does not fit in properly. Its very loose and tends to come out very often. I brought this to the shopkeepers notice the day after i got it. He said it would be replaced by the company, however when i approached the nokia customer care centre in dyaneshwar paduka chowk; pune; i was told that the cover needs replacement and that it would not be covered under warranty.
