N82 having repeated problems

This is from a very angry and dissatisfied customer of Nokia. I had bought a N82 spending almost Rs. 20000 of my money. Within 10 days of purchase I noticed that one of the speakers are disfunctiional. I gave it for repair which took 45 days. Is this the kind of service expected.?

After a couple of months, the earpiece stopped working. This isn’t expected from a Nokia phone and not certainly a top of the line N82. This repair took another 15 days.

And now again the phone’s earpiece is not working. Even If you use substandard parts, atleast the part repaired should have been working properly. This shows a clear lack of apathy from Nokia towards the customer. Clearly the piece is defective but Nokia is not willing to provide a replacement

I am fed up with Nokia and the service it provides and regret my decision to purchase a Nokia phone.

I demand a written apology along with the assurance that there will be no further problems with this cellphone.
