Technical problem in 3110 model

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that I purchased two mobiles of NOKIA make on 28th January for an amount of Rs.7808 from M/s The Mobile stores (Essar Telecom Retail Ltd). On 12th October I faced a peculiar problem in one of my mobile i.e 3110 model that the mobile itself was not in a position to switch on.

I went to the nearst customare service centre (JOY CELL, 337/10 PAPER MILLS ROAD, PERAMBUR, CHENNAI -60001, CELL NO.9940405656) and explained about the complaint. When they checked they told that my mobile was dead and there is some liquid inside the mobile. I was taken by surprise because I am the only user who used the mobile from the day one of purchase. I explained them that it is highly impossible that it get affected by liquid.

But they were not in a position to listen to my explanation and instead they told that if I am interested in giving for service they can take it on the ground that it may or may not get repaired.

After one week they returned the same and told that the board was damaged and it cannot be repaired.

I asked them to consider for replacement of board since it was within the warranty period. They refused to accept my request and not even given the proper respect which a customer deserves.

Kindly look into the matter and give a favourable soultion.
