Service centre refuge to give Refund Or Battery after thrice time service

Dearsir,

I am nokia phone holder. that was working not properly after twice time

repair from nokia care centrewhich was in warranty period.i have gave

service charge in thrice time, two times was worked properly for two

days, but not after. I request again and again for refund or my battery

for the same. but he gave nothing to us.

finally he have my battery and service charge also, when i ask from him

for the same, then he refuge to pay refund Or battery then he response

he have not your battry. I have all the document for the same.
