Problem in device

Dear all,

I bought nokia handset 3120c warranty ref number (Apainy201185948) and IMEI number (353101026608132) in the month of Jan.

Now from last three months I am really fad up from your handset problems so that I visited one of your repairing center that is situated in borivali (w).mumbai

They took my handset for repairing (job sheet number is 571504867091029/32 on dated 29th Oct and return me in next three days. Now again I am facing the same problem even more complicated.

Boss I am suffering from this handset last so many days and I have other thing to do. Please look in this matter. And resolve the query.

If you will not look out than I should take a necessary action against you.
