Efused to change the part at my cost even though under warranty

Sir, i have bought nokia 1661 model 2 months back, within 15 days the display was cracked when i gave for repair they told that the display would be changed under warranty.but after 25 days they told display was not changed under warranty. than when i asked to change at my cost they told that it could not be changed company dosent produce the display of 1661, so, they asked me get it at repairers when i asked them give me it written they refused and said it will done at mumbai.i asked them to do it, they refused.

so, for getting it done i have to go to mumbai.when i asked them to give number of regional head's mobile no. or email id, they refused.

so, i want them to give me my amount of rs1700 for that mobile 1661.
